To send a gift card, enter the recipient's email at checkout under contact information. They will be sent a virtual gift card with a code they can enter at checkout to redeem.
If you do not want to send the gift card right away, enter your own email at checkout and forward them the virtual gift card email at the time of celebration.

RETURNS
Full price items can be returned for a refund within 14 days from date of delivery. Items returned after 14 days will receive a store credit. After 30 days, all items are final sale and cannot be returned. Discounted items can be returned for store credit within 30 days from date of delivery.
EXCHANGES
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you require a different size, or want to try a different colour, please return your order and place a new order for the alternative item at your convenience.
To initiate your return, please email info@floofslippers.com with your order number and the item that you'd like to return.
Please note that for hygienic reasons hosiery and intimates are final sale.
