HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Online orders purchased on or after December 7th, 2020 will have until January 4th, 2021 to be returned for their applicable policy

 

RETURN POLICY

Items purchased online can be returned at one of our heel boy shop locations* or mailed back to us via the return portal link below.

  • *With the temporary closure of our Toronto boutique, please email info@heelboy.com  to schedule a time slot for in-store returns at this location.

Full priced items are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery or in-store pick-up notification. 

  • After 14 days items are eligible for online store credit only

  • After 30 days items are no longer eligible for store credit

Discounted items (promotion or markdown) are eligible for store credit within 30 days of delivery.

  • After 30 days items are no longer eligible for store credit

RETURN CONDITIONS

All returns must be unused, unworn, or undamaged

  • Please wrap the returns and do not tape directly onto items 

Must be returned in original condition and packaging 

  • Not limited to shoe boxes, garment tags, original packaging 

    Canceled or returned purchase may be subjected to a restocking fee (up to 10%)

     

    MAILED RETURNS

    The cost of the pre-paid return shipping label will be deducted from your refund. Shipping estimates and actual shipping costs may vary. Email info@heelboy.com to receive an estimated shipping rate.

    Canadian Orders 

    Pre-paid labels can be provided through our return portal

    Click Here to Access Return Portal Enter postal code with a space in the middle (ie. M6J 1G1) 

    • Enter the order number and postal code

    • Type postal code in all capital with space ( i.e. M6J 1V4) 

    • Select the item you want to return 

    • Print prepaid shipping label

    • Wrap the shoebox or item for return 

    • DO NOT tape the shipping label directly onto the item

    • You will be refunded once our warehouse receives and approves the return

    • You will receive an email to confirm the returned funds

    • Please allow up to 5 business days after delivery for the refund to be completed and an additional 14 business days for your banking institution to process and display the refund on your statement. 

       

      Orders Outside of Canada

      • Pre-paid labels can be provided upon request

      • The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund

      • Shipping estimates and actual shipping costs may vary

      • You will be refunded once our warehouse receives and approves the return

      • You will receive an email to confirm the returned funds

        • The customer is responsible for all taxes, duties, and brokerage fees upon import if applicable

            EXCHANGES

            At this time, we are not set up to offer online exchanges. Original orders will have to be returned and a new order placed for the desired new size.

            INSTORE PURCHASES

            • Discounted items (promotion or markdown) are final sale
            • Store credit never expires and is valid at all heel boy locations 
            • Customers are eligible for store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase
            • Please bring proof of purchase for exchange or store credit
            • All items must be returned in original condition and packaging 

             

            DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

            Any and all merchandise that is suspected to be defective will be deemed so by a heel boy representative. For purchases made in-store please bring the merchandise in question along with proof of purchase to the heel boy location nearest you. For online purchases, please email info@heelboy.com
