BOUTIQUE RETURN POLICY
- We are happy to offer an exchange or in-store credit on regular priced merchandise within 14 days of purchase! Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all original tags/packaging and accompanied by the receipt.
- In-store credits never expire and can be used at our Kingston or Toronto boutiques. If you would like your in-store credit to be transferred to a heelboy.com voucher please e-mail us at info@heelboy.com with your receipt and we will happily transfer it for you.
- All discounted items are considered a final sale.
- All undergarments are final sale.
- We do not offer in-store refunds.
