We ship worldwide!

Shipping is free on all Canadian orders over $150 (before tax)! Exceptions include Alberta, British Columbia, Yukon, Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Newfoundland and Labrador and PEI where a flat shipping rate of $15 - 20 will be applied.
For all other countries, the shipping cost is determined by your location. All shipping costs can be found on our Shipping Page Here and you will be shown the shipping cost during checkout.
We ship with Canada Post for all domestic orders, and DHL for all orders placed outside of Canada. Both are reputable and secure shipping providers!
We do our best to have your order leave our warehouse within 5-7 business days. Once shipped, it should take anywhere from 1-7 business days to be delivered depending on your location. 
Yes! When your order ships, you will be emailed your tracking number. It can take up to 24 hours for a tracking number to show updates on the provider's website.
You can return your online purchase by mail or in person.
We can exchange the same style for a different size or colour if available in one of our stores. Styles that are not available in-store will need to be repurchased.
Unfortunately not. All items purchased on sale or marked down can only be returned for an online store credit. Your credit can be used online or in store at any time and would never expire.

Not all the merchandise that you see in-store is available online, and vice versa. Each of our stores are curated specifically for the local demographic. Our online store offers a broader range of categories, brands and styles!
We do our best to keep online and in-store pricing consistent. Sometimes our prices may vary due to exclusive online promotions, flash sales and varying inventory levels at each location.
Depending on the supplier and the availability at their warehouse one of our heel boy sales associates will be more than happy to look into special ordering the item/ size you are after. Unfortunately this is an in-store exclusive offering and we are unable to process these special orders online for the time being.
